On March 14, at the invitation of the Business Training Center of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Galina Vashuk, Deputy Director of Lexpatent LLC and a Patent Attorney of the Republic of Belarus, and Victoria Emelyanova, Head of IP Department of Lexpatent LLC and a Patent Attorney of the Republic of Belarus, delivered their speeches at the training course “Ensuring export security”. The speakers focused on the necessity of conducting a patent clearance search both for inventions and trademarks in order to avoid infringement of exclusive rights of third parties when introducing products and technologies to foreign markets. The presentations generated a lot of interest among the audience.
