Svetlana Koroliova participated as a speaker at the international seminar on "Current Issues in Protection, Defense and Commercialization of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Belarus and Abroad"

On 11 October 2023, the National Centre of Intellectual Property in conjunction with the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus held an international seminar on "Current Issues in Protection, Defense and Commercialization of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Belarus and Abroad".

 Svetlana Koroliova, Director of LEXPATENT LLC and Patent Attorney of the Republic of Belarus, participated as a speaker in the panel session "Mechanisms to Protect Intellectual Property Rights in the Republic of Belarus", where she showcased practical ways to protect intellectual property rights in the Republic of Belarus. The session was also addressed by representatives of the Board of Appeals at the National Centre of Intellectual Property, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus and the Main Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

 Within the framework of the session "Instruments to Protect the Rights of Belarusian Right Holders Abroad: Experience of the Russian Federation and Other Countries", Victoria Yemelianova, Head of Department for Protection of Industrial Property Objects, LEXPATENT LLC, and Patent Attorney of the Republic of Belarus, shared the company’s experience in protecting the rights of Belarusian right holders in foreign countries, in particular, in the Russian Federation, China, the USA, and Israel.
