Docendo discimus. LEXPATENT LLC at the WIPO Summer School.
On 25-29 March 2024, the Business Training Centre at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry ran the professional development programme "Management of Corporate Industrial Property Rights".
The training was delivered by the staff of LEXPATENT LLC (Galina Vashuk, Tatiana Vashuk, Victoria Emelianova, Evgeny Kuvyrkov, Darya Lando, Anzhela Plionkina, Nastassia Ryzhykh, Valeria Siarhei) and independent IP appraiser Yelena Borovskaya. The programme's first attendees were managers and employees of the flagship companies in the automotive, confectionery, and electronics industries, as well as manufacturers of chemical products and fuel level sensors.
The programme covered the objects of industrial property rights (trademarks, trade names, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, know-how) that are most in demand in Belarusian companies, and addressed the key issues in managing these objects.
