Docendo discimus. LEXPATENT LLC at the WIPO Summer School.
On April 30, 2024, the legal congress “LAW SPRING–2024: from problem to solution” was held in Minsk. This is the largest and only forum in Belarus for heads of legal services of companies and legal practitioners.
The event discussed the most significant changes in legislation and law enforcement practice. Of particular interest was the discussion of changes to the Civil Code and the upcoming entry into force of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The Lexpatent company acted as a Partner of the event. Svetlana Koroliova, director of “Lexpatent", patent attorney, Eurasian patent attorney acted as a moderator and expert at the round table "Trademarks: protection practice in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan".
