LEXPATENT at China Trademark Festival 2024

Tatiana Vashuk and Victoria Emelyanova, patent attorneys of LEXPATENT ALC, visited China Trademark Festival 2024, which took place in Xi'an.

The event was organised by the China Trademark Association. The theme of CTF 2024 was ‘Promoting Brand Building and Development of Famous Trade Marks’. The festival included various events related to trademarks and intellectual property (China Trademark Annual Meeting, China Brand Trademark Expo and others).

The Festival covered issues related to current legal updates in China and countries of interest to Chinese businesses; risks of intellectual property infringement in cross-border e-commerce and countermeasures to protect Chinese brands in their international expansion.

Our colleagues attended presentations by Chinese experts, visited an exhibition of local brands and, of course, expanded our network of international partners.
