The final event dedicated to the III International Competition in the field of intellectual property "Opening the World of Intellectual Property" was held in Minsk.
In 2024, more than 900 students from general secondary, specialised secondary and higher education institutions from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan took part in the competition. The competition was held from September to December and included four stages.
The final stage of the competition involved the development of an own industrial design. The Organising Committee reviewed more than 70 works, 10 of which were defended at the final event. The winners are:
1st place - Elena Markevich, a student of Farinovskaya secondary school of Polotsk district (costume of a souvenir seller);
2nd place - Artyom Bykov, student of Farinovskaya secondary school of Polotsk district (capholders);
3rd place - Kirill Koryavy, student of Dmitrovichi secondary school of Berezinskiy district (soft toy).
Darya Koltunova, a student of Polotsk State University, was honoured with a special prize from LEXPATENT LLC for the most promising industrial design. The prize was presented by Svetlana Koroleva, director of the company and a member of the competition jury.
