On 6 and 7 October 2025, the 13th International Forum "Anti-Counterfeit 2025" was held in Minsk. The event was organised by the Eurasian Economic Commission, the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the National Centre for Intellectual Property, and the International Anti-Counterfeit Association.
The Forum programme focused on current issues in legal regulation: certification, consumer protection and human welfare, product labelling and traceability, the need to strengthen public control, the development of e-commerce, interaction with the media, and the use of IT technologies in the field of intellectual property.
Representatives of our team, Director Svetlana Koroleva and Head of the Legal Department Darya Lando, were active participants in the event.
On the second day of the Forum, the traditional 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Intellectual Property in the Modern World: Challenges and Development Prospects" was held in a new format. Agreeing with the idea of the organisers of the section "The Multifaceted Nature of Intellectual Property Issues in the Modern World" to consider the protection and defence of intellectual property from different angles, Darya Lando gave a presentation on the prospects for applying the relatively new rules on assurances in circumstances in Belarus.
