We usually do the following work related to trademark registration according to international procedure:

conducting a trademark search for selected countries to find out if someone has registered identical or similar trademarks in those countries,
making a translation into English of the list of goods and services with respect to which international registration is applied for,
preparing all of the documentation related to the application for international trademark registration and filing the application with the National Center of Intellectual Property,

The documents and particulars required for filing the application for international trademark registration:

the number of national application/registration on which an international registration is based;
the list of goods and/or services with respect to which international registration is applied for (covering the goods and/or services listed in the national trademark application or registration);
the list of member-states of the Madrid Union with respect to which international trademark registration is applied for;
the document attesting payment of the prescribed patent fees;
the power of attorney.

providing consultations within the entire period of validity of the international trademark registration,
